We have a 30-day return policy, and a 90-day warranty on all damaged/ or defective goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund for un-worn item still attached to original tags/ packaging. Damaged or defective items can be returned up to 90 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for mailing back products for exchanges and will receive a store credit worth the amount paid for all relevant items. Customers will receive a shipping label for damaged or defective goods and will be refunded the purchase price of all relevant items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All of our items come with a 90-Day Warranty against damage and defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using a store credit assigned once the return is received and accepted. Will issue a store credit within 3-7 Business Days of receiving your item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
