If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll make it right.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, in original packaging, and include all tags.
To start a return or exchange, email support@johnbole.com or log in to your member account to use the self-return portal.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping on standard returns or exchanges.
• Approved returns are issued as store credit equal to the amount paid once the item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty — Damaged or Defective Items
All John Bolé jewelry includes a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing defects or damage under normal wear.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email support@johnbole.com within 90 days.
You’ll receive a prepaid return label, and once the item is inspected, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style?
The quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll issue store credit within 3-7 business days so you can reorder right away.

Refunds
After your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
Approved refunds (non-warranty store credits or full refunds) are processed within 7-10 business days.
Please allow your bank or credit-card company time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@johnbole.com.
